The face-eating man who was shot dead by police on the side of a Miami freeway had only marijuana in his system, the Miami-Dade medical examiner announced Wednesday afternoon. After security cameras caught Rudy Eugene literally chewing a homeless man's face off, widespread speculation circulated that he may have been high on "bath salts."
At the same time, President Barack Obama is expected to sign a bill passed by the Senate on Tuesday and co-sponsored by Sen. Chuck Schumer that would ban the psychosis-inducing designer drug.
