Things change quickly in the NFL, as you never know when an injury will hit (see Rob Gronkowski) or a young player will emerge (see Colin Kaepernick). While your core starting lineup is likely set at this point in the season, finding and riding the young players aiming to seize a late season opportunity could make the difference between eventual victory and defeat.

Currently, the quarterback position is undergoing a revolution, with an infusion of young talent starting to find their rhythm. While everyone is aware of the talented rookies, don’t sleep on second year QBs Andy Dalton of the Bengals and Jake Locker of the Titans as solid injury replacements in deeper leagues.

At the running back position, injuries and sunken seasons have created playing opportunities for talented young backs like the Raiders’ Marcel Reece and the Broncos’ Ronnie Hillman. Don’t be afraid to insert any of them into your lineup if the matchups are right.

At wide receiver, we are finally seeing the emergence of some young talent. The Cowboys’ Dez Bryant has finally gotten his act together and the Packers’ Randall Cobb has made everyone in Green Bay forget about Greg Jennings. Meanwhile, explosive rookies like the Jaguars’ Justin Blackmon, and the Colts’ T.Y. Hilton have also started to find their way later in the season.

With that in mind, below are some players worth starting and sitting this week.

Start
Ronnie Hillman, (RB, Broncos) vs. Chiefs
Dez Bryant, (WR, Cowboys) vs. Redskins
Andy Dalton, (QB, Bengals) vs. Raiders

Sit
Reggie Bush, (RB, Dolphins) vs. Seahawks
Josh Freeman, (QB, Bucs) vs. Falcons
Lance Moore, (WR, Saints) vs. 49ers
