Gosselin gal pal shown hauling off goods on video, lawyer says

Jon Gosselin’s ex-gal pal hauled away a TV and other items from his Upper West Side apartment, but she’s not guilty of violently trashing the pad, Hailey Glassman’s attorney said Monday.

Glassman, 22, on-and-off lover to the octodad star of “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” moved out of Gosselin’s home last week and “took her belongings and is moving on with her life.” attorney Stephanie Ovadia told RadarOnline.com. Glassman is shown on security footage removing items from the apartment, initially believed to have been burglarized on Saturday.

An attorney for Gosselin, 32, said Glassman “is going to jail. It’s as simple as that,” RadarOnline.com reported.

Glassman’s name was signed to an insulting note speared to Gosselin’s dresser with a knife, and she was questioned by NYPD for “criminal mischief.” She is not, however, a suspect, Ovadia told RadarOnline.com.

NYPD spokesman Sgt. Carlos Nieves on Monday said the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made. Gosselin’s 72nd Street apartment allegedly was broken into and his belongings slashed and smashed. Published reports now suggest the incident was suspicious because the media was alerted before police knew.

“Somebody appears to be trying to frame her,” said Anand Ahuja, another lawyer for Glassman, according to the Daily News. “It appears to be a huge, huge publicity stunt.”
