Lady Gaga hits up 'Great Gatsby' party
Lady Gaga is back on the New York party scene.
After being confined to a wheelchair (albeit a Louis Vuitton chair) following her February hip surgery, Gaga was out, about and looking good in the Big Apple on Tuesday night.
The songstress and boyfriend Taylor Kinney hit up the Cinema Society's presentation of "The Great Gatsby" at the HBO Screening Room, followed by the after-party at The Lambs Club.
"Gaga was fully walking around with Taylor -- no more wheelchair for her," a spy at the party told us.
Earlier in the night, the couple tried to stay out of the spotlight, getting "sneaked into" the screening and leaving quietly before the movie ended, a source said.
Director Baz Luhrmann was at the bash, where tunes from the soundtrack were played, though none of the film's stars were there -- perhaps tired from the string of "Gatsby" parties taking over the city during the last few weeks.
Gerard Butler, Rachel Zoe and hubby Rodger Berman, Miranda Kerr, Karolina Kurkova, Zachary Quinto and June Ambrose also attended the Caliche Rum-sponsored soiree.
