In June, her Porsche (R.I.P.) struck an 18-wheeler in California. In November, NYPD arrested her for allegedly hitting a woman in a nightclub. Now she's bicoastal, facing criminal counts in both states.

Just a week into 2013 and LiLo has her first court date.

Lohan is set to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court today for her Nov. 29 skirmish in a Chelsea nightclub, when she allegedly sucked-punched a Florida woman in the VIP section.

"I need space," Lohan, 26, told Tiffany Mitchell before allegedly slugging her at club Avenue around 4 a.m. Nov. 29, according to the Daily News. She was cuffed and taken to the 10th precinct.

Lohan was charged with misdemeanor assault, and she is likely to learn today whether the Manhattan district attorney's office will move forward with a case against her, the Daily News reported. She could reportedly face up to a year in jail.

Lohan also faces legal trouble in California. The day after the alleged nightclub assault here, cops in Santa Monica charged the "Liz & Dick" star with lying to them about her car crash in June.

Lohan had initially told authorities that her assistant was behind the wheel when her Porsche collided with an 18-wheeler.

But detectives determined that Lohan, who was on probation at the time, was behind the wheel, and prosecutors charged her with providing false information to police, reckless driving and willfully obstructing a police officer from their duties.

She reportedly hopes to strike a plea deal in the case.

Lohan's rep didn't respond to a request for comment.
