Lindsay Lohan to get $2 million for series on Oprah's network: Report
Rehab isn't holding back Lindsay Lohan, as the actress is reportedly getting $2 million for a docu-series about her recovery on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
The troubled star has been negotiating with the OWN for four months while completing court-ordered rehab at Betty Ford, TMZ.com reported. The network plans to feature an eight-part documentary series about Lohan’s career, struggles and future plans.
Money isn’t all Lohan’s getting: As part of the deal, the actress will also have two fully paid assistants and a stylist.
Oprah will interview Lohan in August before the series kicks off in 2014. LiLo's mother, Dina, welcomes the opportunity for her daughter.
“If there’s any mentor you could choose, there’s nobody better than Oprah. This is a great opportunity for Lindsay. We are all very excited about it,” Dina Lohan told the New York Post, adding that her daughter is “doing really well” in rehab.
