Mysterious goat gives cops a run around in Brooklyn

Cops made sure a situation didn't become too baaaaad on the streets of Bedford-Stuyvesant early Thursday morning.

Officers discovered a runaway goat at the corner of Bedford and Atlantic avenues around 1 a.m. The officers were able to corral the animal, which may have escaped from a slaughterhouse, into a parking lot near Interfaith Hospital.

The goat was captured and given to the city's Animal Care and Control. The animal was in good health, police said.
