New York Giants enter Dallas showdown with few injury concerns

The injury list will only be a minor factor in the Giants’ game tonight in Dallas.
Aside from defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka, sitting out his fourth game with a herniated cervical disk, most of the Giants’ other main players look ready to go.
The only exception is big-play wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, who missed two practices with hamstring tightness before returning Saturday to limited work. He’ll be a game-time decision, but bet that if he can walk, Tom Coughlin will have his young star working against cornerbacks Terence Newman and Mike Jenkins.
Also, linebacker Keith Bulluck will probably be activated after missing three games with turf toe. How much the strong-side starter will play, however, will be inversely proportional to the field time defensive coordinator Perry Fewell devotes to his new favorite toy — the three-safety alignment — to handle the Cowboys’ corps of tall, bulky receivers.
Justin Tuck, the multi-purpose defensive end who missed one practice with a mild ankle sprain, and Lawrence Tynes (ankle), the only kicker remaining on the roster after the Giants released Shayne Graham following his fill-in appearance against Detroit, will also be active.
At least Tuck doesn’t have to worry about Flozell Adams intentionally tripping him again, as he infamously did in the Giants’ 33-31 Cowboys Stadium-opening win last year. Adams is in Pittsburgh now.
“I could care less whether he’s there or not,” Tuck said.
