The “Today” show’s hosts got quite a jolt yesterday morning — and it wasn’t from their cup of joe.

During a segment shot on the street, a man jumped over a barricade separating the crowd from Al Roker, Willie Geist and Meredith Vieira and yelled “God’s gift” while Vieira shouted “Jesus!” The hosts were not hurt and the cops quickly stepped in.

The incident — which viewers heard but didn’t see — ended with police taking the 33-year-old man to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital for observation. “No arrest was made,” said a police source.

The show’s hosts kibitzed about the incident later in the studio, with Vieira praising the show’s NYPD security detail.

“We’re certainly awake now,” Vieira said.
