Lindsay Lohan is about to be blacklisted from the club where she had her most-recent dust-up, according to the Daily News.

Lohan, who is already on court-ordered probation, "isn't welcome" any more at Avenue, the 10th Avenue nightclub where she was arrested on Thursday for allegedly punching a Florida psychic, according to the paper. Lohan, 26, was also recently turned away from the Chinatown hotspot Le Baron, apparently because she wasn't on "the list." Avenue did not return a call for comment by press time.

Over the summer, Lohan was barred from setting foot at the swanky Chateau Marmont hotel after reportedly racking up -- and then failing to pay -- a $46,000 hotel bill. She was reportedly allowed back on the Hollywood property in October.

Lohan, who has been in repeated skirmishes involving physical violence, stealing, substance abuse and car accidents, has told friends who have urged her to get treatment for substance abuse that she doesn't need to go to rehab again, according to TMZ.com. (sheila anne feeney)
