Cops arrested the daughter of the former head of the MTA Sunday night and her boyriend for allegedly trying to sell heroin on Craiglistt, the Bronx DA's office said.

A judge released Kathryn Kalikow, 27 and Brian Whelan, 28,on their own recognizance Monday after they were indicted on drug possession charges in Bronx Criminal Court.

An undercover detective responded to the ad that was allegedly posted by Whelan and Kalikow, who is the daughter of Peter Kalikow, the former owner and Publisher of the New York Post and chairman of the MTA.

"High quality diesl pain relief available. Discreet & professional. No games; will only reply to likeminded individuals," he ad said.

The pair told the cop the drugs would cost $400 plus $40 for delivery and asked the him to visit them in Hoffman Street in the Bronx, the criminal complaint said. The detective met with the suspects Sunday night at the location.

"Yes, I have drugs. He's my boyfriend, I was holding on to it for him," Kalikow reportedly said when the cop approached the car that she and Whelan were waiting in.

After the detectives discovered three bags filled with heroin, Whelan allegedly spilled the beans.

"It was my idea to go on Craig's list and post the ad. I need treatment," he allegedly said.

Kalikow's attorney and Whelan's attorney did not return phone calls for comment. The judge ordered the pair to return to court on May 14.
