Selene Gomez puts a block on ex-beau Justin Bieber: Report

Selena Gomez is done dealing with Justin Bieber - and that means a no-contact rule.
According to TMZ.com, Gomez, 20, has blocked her phone numbers and communication devices so that her ex-BF, 19, cannot get in touch with her.
Sources also told the site that the recent breakup "absolutely, positively involved another woman," though the sources couldn't say who it was. Rumor has it Bieber was flirting up a storm with Victoria's Secret beauties when he sang at the lingerie company's recent fashion show in Manhattan.
