Stressed Kim Kardashian concerned about divorce, baby's health: Report

Kim Kardashian wants rid of ex Kris Humphries - for her sake and her baby's.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Kardashian - who is expecting a child with BF Kanye West - said Humphries' refusal to give her a divorce is negatively affecting her health and happiness and also "the health and well-being of my unborn child."
Kardashian and Humph-ries split up more than a year ago, but the Nets baller claims Kardashian defrauded him into their marriage for publicity's sake, and so he won't sign the papers.
According to TMZ, even Kardashian's doctor is concerned about the reality starlet's stress level.
Humphries' lawyer, meanwhile, said proceedings shouldn't be rushed just because of Kardashian's "apparently unplanned pregnancy."
