New Year's Rockin Eve Celebrates Dick Clark
ABC, 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
ABC has dedicated a two-hour special to the late Dick Clark, who was the face of so many great past new years. Recapping some of Clark's most memorable New Year's Eve hosting stints - just before the first New Year's Rockin' Eve without the TV giant, who died in April - this is a special you don't want to miss.

Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Even with Ryan Seacrest 2013
ABC, 10 p.m.
Ryan Seacrest, Clark's heir to the New Year's Eve throne, hosts this year's "Rockin' Eve" live from Times Square. The star-studded show includes performances by Taylor Swift, Fergie (who hosts the show's California party), Carly Rae Jepsen, Brandy, Flo Rida, Karmin, One Republic, Pitbull and Neon Trees.

New Year's Eve with Carson Daly
NBC, 10 p.m.
Carson Daly hosts NBC's alternative to Seacrest, which will include a musical performance from Train, among others, and live Times Square reports given by ... "The Office's" Angela Kinsey, of all people. Expect Jimmy Fallon, Jay Leno and other network stalwarts to make appearances.

New Year's Eve Live
FOX, 10 p.m.
If Ryan and Carson don't float your boat, Marlon Wayans hosts Fox's New Year's Eve show from Las Vegas. Performers include Carmen Electra, Lifehouse and "X Factor" winner Tate Stevens.

MTV'S Club NYE 2013
MTV, 11 p.m.
MTV rings in the new year with this Snooki and JWoww hosted "party," which includes performances from Ke$ha, Conor Maynard and others. If you're a regular network viewer, this should be a fun, hip time.

New Year's Eve Live with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin
CNN, 11 p.m.
The odd couple of Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin will ring in the new year on CNN for the sixth time. Expect a sizable dose of Griffin high jinks.
