Rebuild a forest, one drink at a time: In honor of Environmental Awareness Month, VeeV, a green spirits company and maker of the first spirit made from super fruit Acai, is running a Treetini campaign. For every VeeV signature cocktail ordered at participating bars in April, a tree will be planted in Indias monsoon-ravaged Tamil Nadu. Participating spots include Simply Pasta, Broadway East, Stone Rose at the Time Warner Center, and The Charles Restaurant.
Bubbys Midnight brunch: The popular TriBeCa restaurant kicked off its midnight brunch Friday night. From 12-7 a.m., brunch favorites such as house smoked salmon and bagels, eggs Benedict, grass fed burgers and steaks and cheese grits will be served. Cocktails are available until 4 a.m.
