Tips for winter skincare:
Use a natural oil-based moisturizer for both day and night — it creates a barrier to lock in the moisture.
Exfoliate dead skin from the face and body with a gentle non-abrasive scrub. Exfoliating allows moisturizer to penetrate even deeper into the skin.
A hydrating mist is an easy way to add extra moisture to the face.
Avoid hot showers, which dry out the skin.
Drink plenty of water to hydrate from the inside out.
