Entries in journals found at Philip Seymour Hoffman's apartment showed the late actor was trying hard to kick the heroin habit that allegedly cost him his life, according to a report.

Police identify two dead inside Brooklyn apartment

The NYPD Monday identified a young couple found dead in a Crown Heights apartment Sunday night.
