Lacourte embroiled in RC exec race texting scandal
Lacourte thought he had sent a text message to his campaign manager about spying on a rival, but the text went to the rival instead.
During an inaugural ball earlier this week, LaCorte thought he sent a text message to his campaign manager asking him to record a phone call with fellow Democratic county executive hopeful, David Fried.
