Tarrytown man charged with stealing from Indian Point
State police say the man stole $50,000 worth of scrap metal from the nuclear plant.
State police say Theodore Kozelka, a maintenance power at Indian Point, stole $50,000 worth of scrap metal between July and December of 2012.
