Vick deserves chance to play football again

Before we go any further, let me say this: What Michael Vick did during his years-long involvement in an illegal dogfighting ring, including murdering animals, was morally and ethically repugnant. So the 23-month prison sentence handed down yesterday in Richmond, Va., was harsh yet appropriate, considering the circumstances of the case and Vick's immense stature.
