NEWS12: A quick-thinking witness helped police track down a drunken Nanuet teenager accused of seriously injuring a 59-year-old Pearl River man in a hit-and-run car crash Saturday morning, the Clarkstown Police Department said. The teen, 19-year-old Ryan Barron, was headed to the St. Patrick's Day parade in Manhattan when his car struck a parked car and left the injured man pinned between two cars at the Wald Pavilion strip mall, according to cops. He faces multiple charges. The victim was brought to Nyack Hospital. (March 17, 2013)
