We flipped for Air Trampoline Sports

We visited Air Trampoline Sports in Ronkonkoma, a huge arena filled with trampolines in every corner.

The place was amazing. It was more than we expected.

We were lucky enough to interview the owner, Ken Stone, for a few minutes. He was very busy, but he spoke to us briefly. Ken explained, "I opened this so that kids could get out of the house and get some exercise." Well, he was correct. After an hour of jumping, we were exhausted.

Besides lots of trampolines for jumping and having fun, they also have a foam pit, three dodgeball courts, two basketball slam dunk courts and a concession area.

They are pretty good about letting you flip, too. We were told not to do any kind of front flips. We did them off the side trampoline and into the foam pit. If you play basketball, you can slam dunk on two trampoline courts.

The day was great. We rate this place a 10 out of 10, and we both can't wait to go back.
