The Long Island Auto Show revs up at Nassau Coliseum this weekend. Admission is free. Hours: 5 to 10 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The Coliseum is at 1255 Hempstead Tpke., Uniondale.

Fuel yourself before or after. Here are three restaurants en route.

Pastrami Plus satisfies with an ample series of very overstuffed sandwiches, hot dogs, soups, assorted knishes, kasha varnishkes, stuffed cabbage, stuffed derma, an egg cream, plenty more. The "East Meadow" combo: pastrami, corned beef, Russian dressing, coleslaw. Fressers, unite.

Sacramone's lures you with coal-oven pizza, especially the white and marinara pies, as well as the fresh mozzarella, olive oil, basil and crushed tomato number. Also baked ziti with eggplant, chicken or meatballs Parmigiana, sausage with peppers and onions, pan-seared shrimp.

Mama Theresa's is a reliable stop for pizzas, pastas, panini, calzones and Italian-American fare. Choices include stuffed mushrooms, rice balls, fried zucchini, generous salads. The stuffed vegetable pie is among the standouts. This Mama Theresa's is part of the popular local chainlet.
