PERTH AMBOY - Several people were injured in a shooting in Perth Amboy early Saturday morning.

Belaria Tatum, of Perth Amboy, says she was at a party on New Brunswick Avenue when a fight broke out at around 3 a.m. She says the fight was followed by gunfire.

Four people were reportedly shot. Witnesses say ambulances and police sealed off the block after the shooting.

News 12 New Jersey spoke to a couple who says their nephew was among the victims. They were outraged about the violence, although they say he was not seriously hurt.

Repeated calls to the Perth Amboy Police Department have not been returned.
