Owner Domenic Biondi says his family bought the house in 2014 and completed renovations the following year. “We removed the walls in the house,” he says. “We did all new hardwood floors. We did all new tiles in the basement and first floor. We did the bathrooms over.”

“The neighborhood’s very family-oriented,” says Domenic, adding that the house is around the block from an elementary school.
“We’re about four miles from the UBS Arena and about six miles from Roosevelt Field,” he says. “So, you have access to everything, but the neighborhood itself is kind of quiet.”
Located in the Franklin Square Union Free School District, the home is also close to shopping and restaurants.
