A food court on wheels has launched at Tanger Outlets in Deer Park.

Spiro Ploumes, of Authentic Greek Food Truck, and Carlos Paterson, of Bubbles and Bowls, have organized a fleet of mobile eateries to gather every Friday through Sunday in Parking Lot 1 near Under Armour, Abercrombie & Fitch and Starbucks.

From noon to 7 p.m., shoppers can expect one or two trucks to be onsite each day including The Poutinerie, Parlo Kitchen , The Cone Depot, Crepes and Bakes, The Waffle Chic, Off the Bone  and The Big Black Food Truck besides the organizers' trucks.

The rotation will continue through the end of the year.

July 2-4, the duo will be hosting a three-day block party of sorts in the parking lot with 10 to 12 food trucks, plus other vendors including a face painter and DJ. The party will get underway at 11 a.m. Similar events are planned for Labor Day (Sept. 2-5) and Black Friday (Nov. 25-27) weekends.
