A fire at a Bedford Hills home injures multiple firefighters Saturday morning.

BEDFORD HILLS - A fire at a Bedford Hills home injured multiple firefighters Saturday morning.

Fire crews have been on the scene since 3 a.m. battling a three-alarm fire that caused a roof collapse.

They say at least two Bedford Hills firefighters are bring treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Officials say six departments responded with about 75 firefighters.

They say the home was engulfed in flames when they arrived, but luckily nobody was inside. News 12 spoke with the homeowner who said she had purchased the Bisbee Lane property with the intent to demolish the home and build a new one.

Police say officers patrolling the area initially discovered the flames.
