When kids play in the yard of this six-bedroom, three-bathroom Colonial, there’s no need to worry about a baseball breaking a window on the house — or on the neighbor’s house.

The yard features a screened sports area where kids can throw, hit or kick a ball around without worrying about potential damage.  “Dad used it for golf, the kids used it for baseball,” says listing agent Tree Sharkey of Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life. The yard also features a swing set, Sharkey adds.

The house, built in 1985, has a main level with a living room, den, eat-in kitchen and formal dining room. The master suite boasts a separate living room and a full bathroom. The house includes a finished basement and attached 1-1/2 car garage. The 0.16-acre property, which Sharkey says is in the Eastport-South Manor Central School District, has taxes of $13,206.
