An award-winning four-bedroom, two-bath Asharoken home nestled between the Long Island Sound and Huntington Town’s Jerome Ambro Wetlands Preserve is on the market for $1.575 million. 


A Bridgehampton property that once belonged to LuAnn de Lessep of Bravo Tv's "The Real Housewives of New York City" has a newly constructed home on the market for $16.995 million, more than double the original sale price. 

The Hampton Bays home of Anthony Scotto, who along with family members owns Fresco by Scotto in Manhattan, has sold for $2,962,500, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

A glass-lined indoor pool with Moriches Bay views is the centerpiece of a four-bedroom, 3 ½-bath Westhampton Dunes home listed for $4.999 million.

This Francis Fleetwood-designed Contemporary home in East Hampton was “designed to bring in as much light as possible,” its listing agent says. The house, listed for $6.35 million, just went into contract.

"It's something you might find in California or somewhere in the Mediterranean," owner Scott Simon says of his 8,000-square-foot Cold Spring Harbor home. It is on the market for $4.8 million.

The bayfront 0.14-acre parcel in Sag Harbor's Pine Neck neighborhood contains two recently renovated cottages. The asking price is $1.25 million.
