After an overnight low of 23 degrees with heavy snow totaling 13 inches or more blown by winds gusting as high as 58 mph, Monday could bring another inch or more of snow before it tapers off around 10 a.m., the National Weather Service predicted. Sunday night should be mostly clear but blustery, with a northwest wind between 21 and 24 mph.

To qualify as a blizzard, conditions must include winds of at least 35 mph and visibility of a quarter mile or less for three hours.
