The Miller Business Resource Center at the Middle Country Public Library will host several free events that are open to the public next week and early next month.
The business center will hold a seminar “LLCs, LLPs, DBAs & More: The Alphabet Soup of Entity Selection” on Sept. 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the library, on 101 Eastwood Blvd. in Centereach.
Attendees will learn from a corporate attorney about the pros and cons of various entity types, and how to decide which makes sense for a business.
