The brand-name clothing and footwear retailer Bob’s Stores is opening next week in East Northport in a space once occupied by a Circuit City electronics store. It'll be  the chain's fourth location on Long Island, with three stores already open in Patchogue, Selden and West Islip.

The company said on its corporate website that hiring began in August for the store, at 3038 Jericho Tpk., just west of Larkfield Avenue.

Bob's expects to employ 67 at the store, and it had a particular kind of person in mind -- "fun, dynamic, dedicated performers to staff its newest location."

A few more corporate questions for potential new workers: "Outgoing? Energetic? Like to live life out loud and hang with people who love the same?"

The chain said it was looking for department supervisors and part-time salespeople for the East Northport store.

The four stores together employ about 220 on Long Island, the company said.

A ribbon cutting is planned for East Northport on Oct. 5, with assorted attractions to be held the following Columbus Day weekend.  It will give away iPad2s, gift cards and a home entertainment system, and will stage a BMX bike exhibition behind the store on Oct. 8, a Saturday.
