Comtech wins $1.3M order

Melville-based Comtech Telecommunications Corp. has won a $1.3-million order for equipment, the company said Monday.
Comtech EF Data Corp., a subsidiary based in Tempe, Ariz., will supply modems and other products to support a satellite-based network in Latin America.
Comtech president and chief executive Fred Kornberg said in a statement, “This order exemplifies our product breadth and global leadership in providing satellite infrastructure solutions to mobile operators globally.”
