Economists Gary Huth and Pearl Kamer will speak Tuesday in Melville at the annual meeting of a Long Island info tech group.
Highlights of the meeting will be a technology showcase and an economic forecast session focusing on Long Island in 2011.

Huth, a state Labor Department economist, will speak on "The Long Island Job Market - Opportunities and Challenges".
Kamer, chief economist for the Long Island Association, will speak on "Emerging from the National Recession - is the Recovery Around the Corner?"
Exhibitors include Adelphi University, CA Technologies Inc., Delta Computer Group, Hofstra University Continuing Education, Liberty Mutual, Long Island Forum for Technology (LIFT), Stony Brook University and Viotech Solutions.
