Local business owners have a chance to meet and network with other Island business leaders at the annual business-to-business Trade Nassau event on Wednesday at Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale.
Hosted this year by Townsquare Media, more than 1,200 business leaders are expected at the expo, with more than 100 companies signed on as exhibitors. The event will include several seminars covering topics such as health care, real estate, technology, marketing and sales.
Admission is free with preregistration, due by midnight Tuesday, or $20 at the door.
Organizers will host a networking breakfast before the trade show at 7:30 a.m. The preshow breakfast will feature a panel discussion with area business executives and leaders, including Rob Basso, president of Advantage Payroll Services; Maureen Mackenzie, dean of Molloy College's Division of Business; Sagi Brody, chief technology officer of Webair; and Adam Guttell, partner with Martin Clearwater & Bell. Tickets for that breakfast are $40.
The exhibition floor opens at 9 a.m. For information on the event and how to register, visit nassautradeshow.com.
