The Long Island office of the U.S. Commerce Department’s commercial service is seeking businesses that are interested in attending a large trade show in Germany in April.
The Hannover Messe, to be held April 25 to 29, is for industrial technology firms who specialize in automation, energy, research and technology. U.S. companies will display their products in a U.S. pavilion at the show.
The federal and state governments will pay much of the exhibiting costs for the first dozen businesses that agree to participate, said Molly Ho, an international trade specialist based in Nassau County.
She said local companies that are interested in exhibiting at Hannover Messe should contact her by Dec. 15 at email@example.com.
More information about the trade show can be found on the export.gov website, export.gov/hannovermesse. It usually attracts more than 200,000 people from 70 countries.
