Openlink in Uniondale, a company with global operations in trading, treasury and risk management solutions, has announced two leadership changes.

John O’Malley of Manhattan, chief executive, has become executive chairman of the board.

Rich Grossi of Melville, chief technology officer, has been promoted to chief executive.

Paypro Corp., a software company in Hauppauge, has announced two new hires.

Rachael Joy of Huntington, hired as a sales consultant, was a major-market consultant at Runzheimer in Waterford, Wisconsin.

Kayla Kelly of West Islip, hired as marketing manager, was marketing manager at Bematech in Bethpage.

Frier Levitt, a health-care law firm in Uniondale, has hired two senior counsels.

Thomas M. Gallo of Smithtown was a partner with Kern Augustine in Mineola.

Dr. Lawrence F. Kobak of Long Beach, a licensed podiatrist, was a partner at Kern Augustine in Mineola.
