The New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute has two new officers.

Bernard Kilkelly of Lynbrook has been elected vice president of communications. He is an investor relations consultant and publisher of LIBeerGuide.com.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has three new licensed sales agents. Jill Gillard of Kings Park joins the Huntington office; she was a senior teller at Chase Bank in Northport. Matthew Meng of East Norwich joins in Syosset; he held a similar position at Marie Costello Real Estate in Glen Head. Patricia Williams of Farmingville joins in Ronkonkoma. She was president and owner of Tw Nutrition Sales in Farmingville.
