Dennis Ricci of Bethpage has been appointed assistant principal of Park Avenue Memorial Elementary School in Amityville. He was a third-grade teacher at PS 46 Alley Pond Elementary School in Bayside, Queens.

REAL ESTATE

Toni Martucci of West Hempstead has been hired as a licensed agent at HomeSmart Premier Living Realty in Uniondale. She was a personal fitness trainer at Lifetime Fitness in Garden City.

Signature Premier Properties has announced four new hires.

Deborahann Rennert of King Park has been hired as a sales agent in Smithtown. She held a similar position at Sonic Realty Group in Huntington.

Ann Marie Wisnieski of Dix Hills has been hired as an associate broker in Dix Hills. She held a similar position at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Dix Hills.

Paul Coffaro of Shoreham has been hired as a sales agent in Smithtown. He held a similar position at Century 21 Castle Realty in Ronkonkoma.
