Gene Rosen of Manhattan has been elected vice president of the Jewish Lawyers Association of Nassau County. He is the managing partner of commercial litigation at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum in Garden City.

The American Red Cross on Long Island named new members to its board of directors.

Frank Chau of Cold Spring Harbor is founder of the Woodbury law firm F. Chau & Associates.

David M. Daly of West Hempstead is president and chief operating officer of PSEG Long Island in Uniondale.

Eve Green Koopersmith of Port Washington has been named a board director at Community Mainstreaming Associates, a Garden City nonprofit aiding the developmentally disabled. She is a law partner at Garfunkel Wild in Great Neck.
