Huntington Arts Council has elected a board president and new members.

Samuel E. Miller of Huntington, senior management analyst/homeless coordinator at U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Region II in Manhattan, has been elected president.

The new members are:

Eileen Boyd Cahill of Huntington, founder and creative director of Eileen Kathryn Boyd Interiors in Huntington.

Elijah Navarro of Rockville Centre, percussion product manager at D’Addario and Co. in Farmingdale.

Kevin O’Connell of West Islip, buyer, procurement department, at PSEG in Hicksville.

David R. Okrent of Setauket, managing attorney at The Law Offices of David R. Okrent in Dix Hills.

South Shore Child Guidance Center in Freeport has elected three new members to the board of directors.

Christopher J. Clarke of Valley Stream is an associate at Moritt, Hock & Hamroff in Garden City.

Steven Greenfield of Baldwin is a retired director of the Mental Health Association of Nassau County.

Roberto Concepcion Jr. of Fort Lee, New Jersey, is an associate with the Jackson Lewis law firm in Melville.
