Keller Williams Realty Homes and Estates in Hauppauge has two new hires.

Josephine Scalfani of Commack has been hired as a licensed real estate salesperson. She sold real estate for Coach Realtors in Commack.

Naji Nizam of Port Jefferson has been hired as a licensed real estate salesperson. He was not previously employed.

FINANCE

Andrew Russell of Huntington is the new vice president of ops, wholesale division, at Franklin First Financial in Melville. He was managing director of UNMB Wholesale at United Northern Mortgage Bankers in Levittown.
