Charles Noll, left, has joined Brickhouse Brewery in Patchogue as head brewmaster. He held a similar position at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, Vt. The Patchogue resident will be responsible for the six standard beers served, the five seasonal beers, and several specialty brews.
James Junk, right, has been named area food and beverage director at Hersha Hospitality Management. He will be responsible for food and beverage operations at the Sheraton JFK Airport Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn JFK. The Center Moriches resident was most recently the executive chef at Sheraton Long Island in Smithtown.
