Poll: Are employees who work from home more productive?

Last week, Yahoo Inc. told its employees it will ban telecommuting -- the practice of working from home. The company said in a memo that in-person interaction between employees is critical to innovation.
Some Long Island business experts agree that in-office contact is key for creativity, but others say some workers are more productive if they work from home.
