Port Washington-based filtration maker Pall Corp. will highlight its helicopter air-inlet technology next week at a Florida trade show.

Pall’s Centrisep Engine Advanced Protection System will be showcased at Heli-Expo in Orlando for three days, beginning Sunday.

The company will also hold a technical seminar, “Helicopter Engine Inlet Protection”

Pall describes its ‘copter inlet system as “a proven ‘Fit and Forget’ solution to the engine protection challenges faced by helicopter pilots, maintenance providers and owners.”

The inlets protect helicopter engines from particles of sand, water, ice, snow, salt and foreign objects.
