Nashville, TN (PRWEB) October 26, 2015

Tyler Hayes Rueff, an award-winning songwriter, music artist, certified recovery coach and ordained minister, has joined Onsite Workshops as Director of Music Services. Tyler Hayes Rueff will lead and expand Onsite’s current songwriting therapy offerings and music programs by bringing her restorative breakthrough approach to the process of emotional and spiritual healing. Her long career in the music business combined with her own personal recovery work make her the ideal fit for Onsite’s songwriting therapy initiatives. Onsite continues to grow its music-based services and is a leader in intensive therapeutic workshops as is Milestones in residential treatment for trauma, codependency and mental health.

Tyler Hayes Rueff says, “I have long respected Onsite and their efforts to support the music industry and those of us who work in and around it. I have countless friends who have trusted Onsite when they needed a recharge. They are one of the most important resources for the entertainment community, and they truly understand our culture. It’s long been a dream of mine to combine the powerful healing art of creating music with the healing experiential process at Onsite. Following a long development process, we have something special and magical that I’m so excited to roll out.”

“Everybody has a story and every story is a song,” says Hayes. “We can hear our story better when we can hear it sung. We can hear the resolve and experience the hope.”

Miles Adcox, Chief Executive Officer at Onsite, champions the new program by adding, “We have tried to stay on the cutting edge of using creative arts in helping people rewrite parts of their stories and live their best lives. This process just took it to the next level. Deep impact and results like this don’t come along everyday. Tyler has a gift of blending heart and creative genius to deliver an experience that guests are raving about.”

“Tyler has a gift of connecting with people through song,” says Chief Clinical Officer, Bill Lokey. “She has the art of listening to a story, hearing the unspoken words and singing it back in a way that enlightens, offers promise and speaks to a person’s soul. It’s truly magical. I am delighted to have her here at Onsite, and I’m thrilled about this new and rare form of healing she is bringing to our guests.”

Adds Onsite’s Chief Operating Officer Rondal Richardson, “Music has been a big part of my world, and I’ve spent my career working in the industry. I’m committed to stretching the traditional boundaries of how and where music can be used to benefit, change and impact lives. Bringing some of the world’s best songwriters and performers together with this innovative process led by Tyler is a groundbreaking opportunity for us and for the guests we have the privilege to serve.”

Tyler Hayes Rueff co-created the write workshop series with Miles Adcox at Onsite in 2012. She went on to launch an independent brand called the Song Workshop and brought song-writing intensives and her innovative process to treatment centers, group therapy sessions and individual therapy sessions around the United States. She is on the board of Collegiate Recovery at the University of Georgia. She attended New York University and has written for Warner Chappell Music, Word Music Publishing, Big Loud Shirt, and Razor & Tie. In 2011, Tyler founded Bloom Big Songs, a music publishing company.
