A recent seminar attended by Dr. John Clay provided that leading edge knowledge of today’s dental implant products and services. Here Dr. John Clay not only learned solutions and techniques for implant cases but also was able to practice skill sets with the hands-on learning systems provided by the Zimmer Institute.
Procedures on fabrication of dentures that are supported by implants, how to restore implants and solutions for virtually every implant case are proficiencies that are taught and demonstrated during the training session.
Also attending the three day implant seminar included local oral surgeons Dr. Eric Knox and Dr. Jonathan DeJong of Fort Dodge Oral & Maxillogacial Surgery P.C. “I was honored to be asked to accompany these talented oral surgeons,” states Dr. John Clay. “Zimmer Institute provides an awarding winning hands-on experience that expands my capability and scope of implant restoration. It is just one additional expanded service that our patients will be offered at our new clinic location.”
Construction of the new expanded clinic is currently underway with planned completion and relocation to be around February of 2016. Expansion will also provide opportunities for dental associates to join the growing practice.
The new clinic will feature 12 operatory rooms with air driven hand piece hookup, electric hand piece hookup, piezo and Intraoral camera right on the units. Patients will be able to enjoy Pelton and Crane massage chairs along with TVs in each room. The entire clinic will be handicap accessible along with the expanded parking lot.
