Ganesh brings more than 20 years of success to EHS

Educational Housing Services (EHS), the leading provider of off-campus student housing in New York City, announces the appointment of Ramalingam Ganesh, CPA, CGMA as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Ganesh brings more than 20 years of success in providing oversight over operations, accounting and compliance of mutual funds. He has consistently demonstrated talent in translating complexities into practical business initiatives, and has a vast range of areas of expertise including not-for-profit accounting.

Ganesh was most recently Chief Financial Officer (Funds) at Torchlight Investors, LLC, and an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management before that. Ganesh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College in India.

He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs.
