Fremont Micro Devices offers Serial EEPROM IC’s in a variety of five and eight lead surface mount and through hole packages including SOP-8, TSOP-8, MSOP-8, DFN-8, SOT23-5, TSOT23-5 and DIP-8. All three interface protocols including I2C, 3-Wire and SPI interface are supported. The devices have a VCC of 1.8V-5.5V, Industrial temperature range of -40 to 85C, a clock speed of 1MHZ, 2MHz and 20MH are available in RoHS or Green alternatives. The data stored will typically last for over 100 years.
