Robert Torres of Heart Transformation Treatment, a mental health service provider, says, “This was not only the worst mass shooting in American history, it was the worst attack against political, religious and social progress in recent history. The LGBT community and supportive people at large have been affected with much grieving and much sorrow, yet Robert is speaking out to encourage people to resist feeding into the sentiment of religiously and politically driven individuals who have reacted insensitively with condemning statements about sexual orientation. Robert is calling people around the world to proactively fight against ignorance, judgmentalism and hate. "This is not the time for political and religious leaders to feed into hate. This is not the solution. This is not a war against each other.”
